I bought a new domain and i am having an error code, I don’t know how to fix this

Newly purchased domain is showing persistent DNS lookup errors despite attempted fixes.
Reported errors when checking the domain:
Support asked where the domain was bought and provided guidance for third‑party domains: set A record to 23.227.38.65 (host [email removed] remove other A records, and set CNAME “www” to shops.myshopify.com, then wait up to 48 hours for propagation.
The merchant clarified the domain was purchased from Shopify, stated they applied the suggested settings, and attached a screenshot of the ongoing errors. The attachment appears central to understanding the exact error state.
Current status: unresolved. No confirmed cause identified; the issue persists even after following DNS guidance and allowing for updates. Next steps or escalation were not documented in the thread.
