I’ve taken a look at your URL (vinciamoinsieme.shop) and it looks like your domain hasn’t finished propagating yet. If you’ve recently purchased a domain on Shopify or connected a third-party domain to Shopify, then it can take up to 48 hours for the domain to be fully setup and propagated. Once the domain has finished propagating, you should be able to see Shopify’s DNS records on Who.IS - a free public tool for looking up domain registrars and DNS records.
As a temporary workaround, you can change the primary domain so that your store can be accessible for the time being. You can always switch to the Shopify URL (.myshopify.com) or the other variation of your custom domain, as one may propagate sooner than the other.
Just to confirm, when did you purchase the domain through Shopify? Also, did you receive a domain verification email and verify the domain?
