I bought the premium them “focal” from shopify, and shopify ended my trial. It says “unlimited trial” when I purchased the $300 theme. Now I’m locked out and cannot contact customer support.

I just want to gain clarification here to ensure I provide the best solution for you. Was the “Unlimited Trial” for the Focal theme ? A trial for a theme is different from the trial that Shopify offers when initially opening your online store. The trial set by Shopify when signing up is for 14 - days before you need to choose a monthly plan to pay. This may be the case here, however I would just like you to clarify the trial for me.
