My wife runs a custom-jewellery Shopify store — ~3,000–5,000 orders/month, ~20 people on the production line. Her nightmare was never sales; it was orders getting lost in a multi-step production pipeline, held together by spreadsheets and Zapier that corrupted more than once with everyone editing at once.
So I built her a tool that runs the whole pipeline inside Shopify: every order flows through your stages (engraving, QC, packing…), each person sees what’s on their bench, and managers see where everything is.
