I don’t see the Google Shopping fields either in the dropdown in the Shopify bulk editor. It’s a little bit a of a workaround but you can still get the columns to appear by modifying the URL of the page in the bulk editor.

First of all go to the products page of your admin and take everything before “/products”:

Then add this text to the end of the URL:

/bulk?resource_name=Product&edit=metafields.mm-google-shopping.custom_label_0%2Cmetafields.mm-google-shopping.custom_label_1%2Cmetafields.mm-google-shopping.custom_label_2%2Cmetafields.mm-google-shopping.custom_label_3%2Cmetafields.mm-google-shopping.custom_label_4
