I can no longer selecting many accounts together and print- any suggestions?

Hello, I was wondering if someone can help.

I used to be able to:

  1. find an account by searching using their order number and select it.

  2. thengo and put another order number in and select it and then it would read ‘2 selected’ etc.

  3. I would do this for about 12 accounts and then print once the packing lists all together.

Now, however, I am having to do each one separately.

Any suggestions would be most welcome!

Understood. Here’s the revised, concise version:

This issue happens if you click into each order after searching. Doing so refreshes the page and resets selections.

Solution:

  • Stay on the order list page.

  • Search order number, check the box, then search the next one without clicking into it.

  • Repeat — selections will stay active.

If this still doesn’t work:

  • Try in Chrome incognito or clear browser cache.

  • Avoid mobile/tablet — use desktop.

  • If issue persists, contact Shopify Support.
