I can not upload avi, mp4 or mov video file(<20m) on my development store

Hi Shopify team,
I need to upload some video files(avi, mp4 or mov > 20Mb) on my store.
By the way, it gives error all the time when I try to upload.
Can you please give me solutions why I can not upload, and how I can upload them?

Sorry, my all files are less than 20 Mb. but, they are not uploaded. it gives error all the time

Can you upload one of the files to dropbox or similar so that we can look at the metadata?

Are the files playing normally in other video players on your device?

Nothing about the metadata seems to strange - other than the 22.7fps - that’s a little wierd.

Did you film this yourself or scrape it from a source somewhere?

What exactly does the error message show? Can you take a screenshot of what it says when you try to upload?

I uploaded the video file now. I think that I had network problem at my side.
It was uploaded from other’s friend network successfully.
