Hey Shopify, it’s just I can’t deactivate my account and I type the right password it just doesn’t work.

Are you able to double-check that the correct password, for the correct account, is being inputted?
You can also try to close your store via incognito or private windows to rule out any browser issues, just in case this is something that’s affecting the store closure page.
If you’ve ensured that you’re entering the correct password for your Shopify store, you can get in touch with our live support team so that we can take a look at your account from our end and provide next best steps. We aren’t able to do this via the Community Forums, so you’ll need to contact our team via our help centre here. Once you’ve logged in to your store on our help centre (or selected the Continue without logging in option), you can type in your question or the topic you need help with. After that, you should see the Get Support heading at the very bottom of the page, and you can click Continue to start a support request. From there, our support team can assist with your query further.
Out of curiosity, is there a particular reason that you’re looking to deactivate your Shopify store? I recommend going through our list here for some of the things you should consider.
