Hello,
I just set up FAQs on my store’s Shopify inbox but customers are unable to scroll back in order to view another FAQ response after viewing one of the FAQ on Shopify inbox. Even if the page is reload, it is not possible to go back to the main FAQ page in order to view another FAQ automated response.
Kindly advise on how I can solve this problem. Thanks!
