So I’m new to the app and I’m trying to get paid but I can’t. So I’m on the app I go to the settings tab then, payments option then, I’m on stuck on this screen where it’s asking me to “ Turn on two step authentication” but when I click on the box the only thing that happens is it just refreshes me onto the to same page!!

Just to confirm, you’re having this looping issues occur on the mobile Shopify app?
Have you tried to set it up using a different device such as desktop, or by opening the browser version of Shopify on your mobile device?
Have a go doing it that way, and let me know if you’re still encountering issues.
I am having this same issue. It happens both on the mobile app and on my desktop.
