I’ve run into that before it can be sneaky
Usually your theme pulls contact info from two spots: the footer section in the theme editor or your store’s general settings. Try opening the theme customizer and switching to the Footer or Contact page view. Once you click into that area, you should see fields for your email and phone just swap in your new details and save.
If nothing shows up there, head over to your Store Details under Settings. Update your support email and business phone, and those updates will automatically flow into any part of your theme that references them.
