I am having issues getting into one of my stores “Edgewire Studios”. Every time I try it ends up circling back to the general page (first picture), after entering in the authorization code.

I understand you’re unable to gain access to your account as it continues to loop you to the General page of your store. Could you let us know when was the last time you were able to log in? Apart from the screenshots shared, are you getting any error messages when trying to log in?
In the meantime, I’d like to share some troubleshooting methods, as this issue may be a localized issue.
Troubleshooting methods:
- Try clearing your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
- Try a different web browser, as well as incognito or private windows to rule out any browser issues.
- Try another device, like another computer or mobile phone.
- Try on the Shopify Mobile app; this is usually the best step to try as it also rules out device issues.
