I originally signed up using “Sign in with Apple,” which masked my email address (I think). Since then, I’ve been unable to log back in due to what appears to be a failure in Shopify’s support flow for accounts tied to Apple’s private relay system. I’ve attempted everything — including using my passkey, reinstalling browsers, switching devices, and contacting support multiple times.
Each time I reach out for help, I’m forced to start from scratch because I can’t log in — which blocks me from accessing proper support channels. I’ve sent billing receipts, confirmed payment info, store name, and email addresses. I even reinstalled Chrome just to try again. And still — I have no access to my store, and no meaningful help. All I want for them is to change the admin email so I can login. I’ve been logged out for FIVE DAYS!. It should not take this long!!!
This is a failure of basic account recovery and customer support infrastructure. I’m a small business owner trying to grow my company, and I’ve now lost hours of productivity, sleep, and peace of mind because there is no clear way to resolve this with your team.
