I am new here. I am breaking my head what I am doing wrong and how I can let the following work. Hope you can help. (I know very little about coding, so please don’t laugh if it’s a stupid question :-). I created a metaobject, and with ametafield in blog and bligposts I connected the field to the object. So now I thought I could go to my page template and use the metafield in the blogpost section, but it is not showing at all.
How is this possible? What do I have to do to make it work?
Please specify what you are actually trying to do and how you going on doing this?

Hi, I tey to explain a little more about what I did and want to do.
First I created a meta object.
Second, I created a template for this metaobject for a page.
than I created a metafield in the object blog and blogpost.
I connected the metafield to the meta object.
Than I go to the page template and add section Blogposts.
Here it goes wrong.
I think I sound be able to select a dynamic source, but it says ‘no compatible fields available’.
what am I missing?

So, to be clear. I have dynamic pages, for my blog section I want it to show only the posts and blog that is connected to my metaobject. For a static page this is no problem at all, but for a dynamic it doesn’t seem to work
Thank you for trying to explain this but honestly I am still a bit baffled.
Its hard to create a picture of your requirement without a visual representation. Bu this I mean do you have any site that has implemented what you want to achieve.
And secondly since this involves custom data and dynamic stuffs I would most probably need Collab access to your store for this to check this myself for a better understanding
