I can't access my site with custom domain

site suddenly cannot be accessed today.

stores connected to custom domains cannot currently be accessed.
there are 30 stores, and all of them cannot be accessed.

my domain A record and CNAME are all set well.

i just bought a new domain and tried to connect it, but I can’t access the site with that domain.

i wonder if Shopify is aware of this situation.

why is there no notice?

That is not ideal. Are all 30 domains from the same domain provider? Do you use the same email for all your stores? Did you receive any emails in relation to your stores being unavailable?

As correctly linked by @PageFly-Victor there are step-by-step guides to connecting your third-party domain that need to be followed carefully for successful connection of a domain.

If you have not received any emails about this, please contact our support as they will be able to access your store securely for troubleshooting.
