I’ve been having trouble getting to my preferences in my store. They can’t be loaded. When I go to the status page, it says everything is working but obviously something isn’t. What’s happening?

Earlier today, Shopify received reports of merchants being unable to access their Shopify admin > Online Store > Preferences section. When navigating to this section, they are presented with an error message. Our developers have since implemented a fix and you should now be able to access this section of the admin as expected.
Prior to accessing this section, I recommend going through the following troubleshooting steps:
- Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
- Try a different web browser, as well as incognito or private windows to rule out any browser issues.
If you continue to experience display or access issues on your end, I recommend creating a support request via the Shopify Help Center so our team can take a closer look.
