Hi,
by mistake I had written my email without a letter e: direzione@iamenrgy.it instead of direzione@iamenergy.it I changed the email from my admin panel and I can’t access the shop anymore. Also it is impossible to contact shopify support. I’m distressed. I also have active marketing campaigns on the shop.

I understand that you have changed the email address in your Shopify admin, and now cannot access your store anymore.
Can you please confirm in which section of your Shopify admin you made this change? Did you change the Account Owner email address as per these instructions here? If so, then you should still be able to log into your store using the newer email address and your normal, original password. Once you can access your account, you can then change the email address to the correct one.
However, if you cannot login even when trying both versions of your email address and your password, then we may need to step in to help you out. You can reach our Support team through the Shopify Help Center here. If you cannot login there either, then you will need to choose the ‘Can’t log in to your Shopify account’ option instead of clicking the green login button.
