I cant change the color scheme for page layouts on the dawn theme

Hi, I’m not able to change the color scheme or background of any of the layout pages that I have on my store. I was only able to change it for the homepage.

I’ve attached a screenshot of where it should show me to choose the color scheme but its not there.

Please help.

I didn’t solve it, im not able to see the color scheme changer and thats why the pages called about us and FAQ and all are in the white background
