Chat will not connect me to a live person.

How do I get help?

  1. Visit: https://help.shopify.com

  2. Click “Log in” → choose your store

  3. Start with Shopify’s AI Assistant (Shopify Chat)

  4. Type “Talk to a human” or “Urgent issue” to try escalating to live support

Works best when logged into the account. May take several tries depending on load.
