I have created a new page and named it. When you create a page, Shopify automatically assigns it to be the “Default Page” model. I want to create a new model for that page, but when I click the button “Create new model” nothing happens. I placed a video of the non working button.

- Which theme are you currently using?
- Have you tested this out using any other browsers or devices?
- Have you been able to successfully create new templates in the past, or is this the first time you’re trying it?
It appears that you’re going through the correct steps to create a new page template so that button should be working. The first thing I’d recommend is to try to do this using a different browser or device to see if it works correctly. It’s possible this is being caused by the device or browser you’re using. You’ll also want to make sure your browser and device are up to date, and that you’re using a supported browser. This page has more information on the browsers we support.
To test if this is an issue with the specific theme you’re using, I’d also recommend you try creating a new page template using a different theme. For example, one of the free themes created by Shopify. If you don’t have any of these themes added to your theme library you can add one from this page. If you can create new page templates with other themes, but not the one you’re currently using, the issue is likely being caused by the specific theme file you’re using. If this is not working with any theme we would need to troubleshoot this further.
