I can't delete my account

I m unable to delete my shopify account, I already have deleted my shopify store nonetheless I can’t find the option to delete my shopify account.

If you’d like to cancel your Shopify subscription and deactivate your account, then you’ll need to follow the steps in our Help Center resource. Once the store is successfully closed, you’ll receive a confirmation email indicating this.

Hi, I already have deleted my store, I m looking for an option to deactivate my account. I have used the Help Center resource but I was unable to find solution to my problem.

You can request a deletion of your Shopify Account, and any data associated with your accounts and stores, by using our Privacy Control forms available on this page. I hope this helps!
