Nothing shows up on the back end, but it’s there at checkout. Is there somewhere else it could be?

- In Shipping and delivery, click the “Manage” link on the right side of the relevant shipping profile to review all zones/rates; the rate may be in another profile or hidden.
- Check for installed shipping/carrier apps that might inject rates at checkout independent of native admin rates.
Status: Unresolved. Awaiting the merchant’s follow-up after checking the Manage view and any shipping apps. The likely causes are a different profile or an app-generated rate.

Click on ‘manage’ link [Placed at the right side] and check if there’s something. Also check for apps may be some shipping apps installed.
