Recently I bought a domain on Ionos.com, but i can’t seem to figure out how to link it to my Shopify store. In all the videos that I see, they have two buttons, Connect manually and connect automatically, but I have none of them. Instead it just gives me a button to follow instructions to connect the domain (which don’t help at all, as they contain the problem that I just mentioned), and also a button to verify connection, which just tells me that cname is wrong, apparently the value is empty but when I check the DNS settings on Ionos it doesn’t appear that way.
I might just be being stupid, but any help is greatly appreciated.
