I cant log in to my account

I cant login and the code has not been sent to my phone

Thanks for posting this to Shopify community.

If you unable to login with Shopify or Shopify sending you the 6 digits code to your linked number then there are other solutions that you can take.

  • Use Recovery Codes: If you unable to receive the 6 digits code then you can use the recovery codes for login.
  • Change the location for fast Internet: Sometime due to lower internet speed Shopify unable to send the SMS verification code. So make sure you should be in the area where the Internet performs fast.
  • Contact Shopify support: If the none of the above method work then only solution is to contact with the Shopify support. Or email them at: [email removed] **
