I cant logging to my accout in the app mobile

I’ll walk you through some troubleshooting here first to see if we can get this resolved:

  • Can you confirm that you are entering the correct email and .myshopify.com URL associated with the account? Please note if you only have one email address associated with one .myshopify.com URL it will not ask you for the URL.

  • Can you check if you are using the most recent version of the app? I see there has been an updated version pushed out on March 15th!

  • Could you try resetting your password? (steps below)
