I understand you’re running into issues when trying to enter your personal information during the setup process for Shopify Payments. Could you walk me through the steps you’ve taken so far when setting up Shopify Payments?
When setting up Shopify Payments, you should see a Setup guide displayed in your admin with the option to Set up payments. If the setup guide is no longer present, you can click on Settings > Payments. Under Shopify Payments click Complete account setup. Please see the screenshot below for better visibility.
Once you’ve clicked complete account setup, you should be able to enter the following:
Business Type
Personal details
Product details
Customer billing statement
Banking information
Local currencies
Review the terms and conditions and complete account setup.
When navigating to the Shopify Payments page, could you let us know if there are any error messages or disruptions? If so, I recommend clearing your cache and cookies or opening your Shopify admin in an incognito browser. If you notice that there is a message on the Home section of your Shopify admin informing you this about the Shopify Payments Gateway, we will need to take a further look into the account.
