The add-on “Skip cart” is already active but it doesn’t work, the button doesn’t send you directly to the checkout. How can I solve that?
When you add a fresh version of that theme into your shop (unpublished) does it work there? That process is a good one to do to help you quickly rule out apps and customisations.
Are you able to share a link to your shop so members can see it live? If not, take a look at the debug console on the page you expected it to work and take note of the errors (of any) you see. This can help narrow down what the cause might be.
