You can solve this issue by just adding this CSS

You just need to follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Online Store
  2. Edit Code
  3. Find theme.css / base.css

And past that CSS Code:

@media(max-width:768px){
    .product-gallery__zoom .ring { opacity: 1 !important;!im; width: 10px !important; height: 10px !important; transform: translateY(-20px); }
    .product-gallery__zoom { position: unset; }
    .product-gallery__media-list-wrapper { position: relative; }
}
