I can’t update and save bank account details to fix failed payout issue. I tried may times, but the system always prevent me from saving the account info. Why can’t save and update the bank account info?

You need to verify your old bank account information to edit your banking information. If you think this is what the issue could be then please reach out to Shopify Support via the Help Centre. I recommend selecting the chat option for the fastest support. Once you’re connected with a Shopify Support Advisor you’ll be able to take steps to update your bank details.
In the meantime, how are you getting on with your Shopify store? Is there anything in particular that you’re working on currently, that you perhaps need help with?
