Even the upload button is not loading i can upload stock images but i couldnt upload my own files

Can you explain more? Where are you uploading the files?

Could you please share some more information about what files you are trying to upload and where you are uploading them? Also, if you can share the file sizes for some of those files as well so we can ensure they are within the 20mb limit.
I would also recommend clearing your browser cache and cookies and to also try uploading the files through an incognito/private browser.
