Recently I deleted several products on my store, due to some mistakes I made during the creation. However, I noticed that even though the templates had been successfully deleted, those products still remain on the shop, and now I can’t find a way to hide them from the customers (the templates used to edit products info are already gone). Could you share a link to your store with us here first, and let us know the name of the theme you are currently using in your store?

One thing you might like to check out yourself is the product availability setting which can be set individually for each product.

This would allow you not only set a product as available or not but also on which sales channels (online store, Facebook, etc) it can be seen.

If you can share the info requested above and check out that setting, that would be great.

I’m having the same issue. Even though I have deleted a collection/products and uploaded completely a new set of collections.

The website still show that old product but when i click on them it gives “page not found”.

The back-end shows that my new dataset is there but it’s not showing.

Would you mind sharing a link to your store so I can see how you’ve got it set up currently?

You mentioned that you had deleted some products and collections in your store, but would this be deleting them from your admin or also removing them from your store’s navigation or reconfiguring your theme to show new collections on your homepage for example?

Let me know as much as you can about how you added the new collections and if you have added them as links in your store or added them to your homepage using the Online store > Customise theme menu.

I am having a similar issue. I deleted the products from my store as they are no longer available with my supplier, however they are still showing on my store even quite a few hours later after deletion.

Would you be able to let me know more about the specific products you removed and any collections they were in so I can check this out on my side?

It could be the case that your browser there is displaying cached info from previous visits to your store, so be sure to clear your browser cache before checking any updates you’ve made like this.

If you can confirm the products in question and any other info about how you removed them from your store, I can check it out from my side again.

Hello, I have the same issue.
I’ve deleted 2 products from my store, but they are still showing on my site.

Is there something else i can try?
As they are deleted now i can’t see them on the shopify admin to archive or remove the stock showing.

Hi, Simply go to products on Shopify, and turn whatever you do not want seen into a draft.

I’m having the same issue. Even though I have deleted a collection It is showing on the website and page is displayed as ‘404 Page Not Found’.

I have the same isdue. That was the first thing I tried. It simply isn’t working.

i have also had the problem, only difference is that some of the products are free ( the ones which i had deleted) except for one, as well as the fact that it lets me checkout when i try to buy those products.
