Hai ragione in parte, ma in realtà non mancano tutte e tre le cose. La prima è già presente: Shopify mostra le giacenze per sede nella sezione Report > Inventario (o nell’area Inventario) ed è possibile esportare i dati.
Anche la seconda, ovvero le vendite per prodotto e per sede, è inclusa nei piani superiori tramite i report del POS suddivisi per sede; tuttavia, per ottenere una tabella pulita che incroci prodotto e sede, a volte è necessario effettuare un’esportazione.
La terza, il tasso di sell-through, è la vera lacuna: Shopify non lo calcola nativamente (Stocky lo faceva, ma il servizio verrà dismesso il 31 agosto). Il modo più semplice per avere tutti e tre i dati in un unico posto, senza dover creare fogli di calcolo manualmente, è utilizzare un’app di reportistica come Better Reports, Mipler Advanced Reports o Report Pundit. Queste app ti permettono di creare report personalizzati su inventario e vendite per sede e sul tasso di sell-through, oltre a programmarne l’invio automatico via email. In questo modo sostituisci il foglio di calcolo manuale che stai preparando. Se invece preferisci una soluzione completamente automatizzata — una dashboard in tempo reale che recuperi i dati di inventario e vendite e calcoli autonomamente il sell-through — è possibile realizzarla tramite le API; se desideri una soluzione “chiavi in mano” che non richieda interventi manuali, sono a disposizione per aiutarti.

You’re partly right, but not all three are actually missing. Number one is already there, Shopify shows inventory per location under Reports, Inventory (or the Inventory area), and you can export it.
Number two, sales per product per location, is also built in on the higher plans through the POS location reports, though getting it as a clean per product per location table sometimes needs an export.
Number three, sell through rate, is the real gap, Shopify doesn’t work that out natively (Stocky did, but it’s being retired on August 31). The simplest way to get all three in one place, without building spreadsheets by hand, is a reporting app like Better Reports, Mipler Advanced Reports, or Report Pundit, they let you build custom reports for per location inventory, per location sales, and sell through rate, and even schedule them to email you. That replaces the manual sheet you’re putting together. If you’d rather have it fully automated as your own live dashboard that pulls inventory and sales and works out sell through for you, that can be built with the API too, happy to help if you want it hands off.
