First of all, I’m really sorry to hear about your family emergency. I hope the situation is better now for you and your family.
In regards to your free trial, do you know if you have used up all 14 days of it? If you aren’t sure, you can get in touch with our support team via our help centre here, so that we can verify you against the correct store and double check your store status from our end.
Alternatively, you can also sign up for another free trial using this link. You won’t be able to use the same .myshopify.com URL as you did for your initial store however, so you’ll just need to enter a new store name. If you do decide to continue selling on your store after the free trial finishes, you can purchase a custom domain for your store. This will essentially hide your store’s .myshopify.com URL from the storefront, so customers aren’t able to see this domain on their end.
