I didn’t make any sales this month, and I don’t understand why customers aren’t buying

It is still password protected. Perhaps right now this is intentional as other feedback pointed out how you haven’t even finished nailing the basics. If that is not why, then yeah, nobody can/will buy stuff if they cannot even see your products.

You’ve only been running the store for 4 weeks, so don’t get discouraged since early ad spend often fails when a few fundamentals aren’t in place. A few things you can check right away:

- Traffic quality: A lot of early clicks come from broad audiences or low-intent viewers, not real buyers. That’s normal in the first month.

- Tracking accuracy: This is a big one. If your pixel or conversion tracking isn’t set up properly, your ads won’t optimize and IG will keep pushing your ads to the wrong people. Many beginners don’t realize that inaccurate tracking = wasted ad budget.

- Also, a lot of IG ads fail because the ad angle doesn’t match the landing page experience. Look at your ad creative, copy, and audience. Do they clearly connect to what people see when they land on your site?
