I didn’t received my payment even shows already paid

Hello,

On my Shopify it shows already paid but I haven’t received the payment since 21th this month. I have contacted my bank, they never received it, and they ask me to contact Shopify for the payout transaction reference number.

I am start getting worry as this are my income that need to pay off my own stuff.

Can someone help out?

I came across the same issue like you. Same payout on 21th but never arrived. I contacted two advisors, but haven’t solved the problem
