I didnt get sales

Hey, im created a new store, because i was scammed with 4k euro by “shopify experts” (One from Nigeria), and im aswell didnt get sales in my other old one store.(he aswell choosed 1year sub for Kaching Bundles, and its already gone from my bank, nevermind). Im maked new store with ai, i mean with autods, and copied a worked good design and strategy from yt video (Fameous dropshipper). I did everything what he did, and i started run ads since 2 day, and i spended $80 in 2 day (Because im stopped). I have very good numbers(CPM, CPC, CTR AND ATC, THIS IS THE IMPORT). I Get 8 ATC (Add to cart), and dont get sale. I know im finded a winner product, because im did product research on autods aswell, and on tiktok, and i just saw these comments like “i want it, i need it, where to buy it?, how to order?”.. Since im created the new store, a lot, really lot of VA sended me a message for work together, because i have good store with good products. Im also added another product, but i just try it after if the winner product is not will win..Please give me a review about my store, and tell me what the problem/s with the store, or with checkout, or with pricing, or something like that..

I checked your store and I can already see what’s happening.

First, don’t let the scam experience shake your confidence too much. The fact that you got back up, built a new store, launched ads and are already getting ATCs shows you have the right instincts. Most people quit after a €4k loss. You didn’t. That matters.

Your product page is actually well structured, the problem is your homepage. Right now visitors land and see only 2 products with no real brand context, no sections, no story. That first impression makes people bounce before they even get to your product page where the real work is done.

The bigger issue though; when someone clicks a product your checkout is showing 3 items they didn’t add. That’s an immediate trust killer. A first time visitor seeing unexpected items at checkout assumes something shady is going on and leaves instantly. That’s where your ATCs are dying.

Quick wins that would change everything:

  • Fix the checkout to only show what the customer actually added

  • Either build out the homepage properly or redirect your ad traffic straight to the product page so people skip the weak homepage entirely

Your product has genuine demand, the store just isn’t ready to receive that traffic yet. Someone trusted can go through your store properly and could sort this quickly without you spending another dollar on ads into a leaking bucket.

If you need additional aid, or just an advisor on things feel free to let me know. Things would work out i assure you okay.

Michross nailed the checkout issue so I won’t repeat that. But I visited your store and want to flag a few other things that are likely killing conversions.

The product page shows “Rated 4.8/5 (10,000+ Verified Customers)” but the store just launched and has zero sales. First-time visitors will notice that immediately, and once they catch one fake trust signal they stop trusting everything else on the page. Same thing with the countdown timer that resets every time you reload. These tactics used to work years ago but buyers in 2026 are wise to them. Remove both and let the product speak for itself.

The product image for TwistFit Pro actually shows the supplier brand name “FEIERDUN” on the board itself. Anyone who spots that can search it on Amazon or AliExpress and find it for half the price. If you’re dropshipping this, you need images where the original branding isn’t visible.

The two products (twist board and bodysuit) feel completely unrelated. When a store sells random products, it looks like a generic dropshipping operation. Consider focusing the store around one product or at least one niche (fitness equipment, for example) so there’s a clear reason for the brand to exist.

The 8 ATCs from $80 ad spend actually shows promise though. People are interested in the product. If you fix the checkout issue Michross mentioned and clean up the fake trust signals, you might start converting. Pause ads until those fixes are done so you’re not burning budget.

Which product are you running ads for, the twist board or the bodysuit?

8 add to carts is actually a good sign, it means people want the product. the drop-off between atc and purchase is almost always a trust or checkout friction problem. looked at your store and a few things stood out. first, the homepage product images aren’t loading at all, so anyone who lands there sees blank cards with prices and nothing else. that alone would kill conversions.

on the product page, you’ve got “10,000+ verified customers” on a brand new store. shoppers aren’t dumb, they know that’s not real and it instantly tanks credibility. the supplier brand name “feibrolin” is also visible on the product itself which makes it easy to find the same thing on aliexpress. i’d remove the fake social proof, fix the broken images, and add a short video of you actually using the product. real content from a real person goes so much further than imported reviews and inflated numbers. also simplify the pricing, the “buy 2 get 1 free” pre-selected at $119 is a big ask when nobody trusts the store yet. lead with the single unit at a fair price and earn the upsell later.
