Im a 6 years partner, 120 stoers in my account. I can access them for 3 days because i dont get the 2FA Sms code,
I also changes mobile provider and its didnt help.
I dont have recovey codes.
I cant access partner support, the ‘regular’ support dont understand the situation of 122 stuck business and the consequences of 3 days without the abilty to login active stores, and who now how long it continue..
Iam very concern about it and how shopify help a partner right now on a critic issue.
What can i do else ?
