I don’t have shopify app running and its website is not running on my phone. Can anyone tell me why it is not running?

From your message, it sounds like you currently can’t log into your store from your phone so let’s look into what’s going on. Just to confirm, you’re unable to open the Shopify website from your phone’s internet browser, and you’re also unable to open and run the Shopify app. Is that correct?
I can confirm, at the time of responding to your message, that the Shopify server currently has no known issues. This means that there is most likely an issue with your mobile device. Have you been able to successfully open both the app and the website from your phone previously? When did this issue start?
