Yes, I suggest everyone creates a support ticket with them so they know! I sent one in and they gave me some BS about 'working on making the dashboard more customizable in the future)… aka we can expect that in a year and NEVER. and then proceeded to give me BS ‘helpful tips’ on how to improve my shop and sales.
