I haven’t logged in one of my shopify account and now it asked me for 10 digit code sent to my email, but I don’t receive thany of shopify email.

If you haven’t logged into your account for three months or more, a 10-digit verification code is sent to your email address. The reason behind this is to verify the account owner’s access, and adds an additional layer of store security.
Could you try the steps listed below if you’re not receiving the 10-digit verification code:
- Ensure that you’ve checked your filtered/junk/spam folders.
- Are you receiving other Shopify-related emails? (ex. contact form emails). If not, you may want to contact your email provider to see if any restrictions are blocking Shopify’s automated emails.
Lastly, if you’ve exhausted all options above you can get in touch with our support team via the Shopify Help Center.
Thanks but I tried them all but still not working. I checked all the gmail settings and nothing blocking shopify emails.

I recommend reaching out to our support team via the Shopify Help Center. Once you have navigated to the Help Center, you’ll need to communicate with the Help Center Assistant in order to be transferred to a Support Advisor.

I even tried Help Center assistant to be transferred to a support advisor but keep showing error message for a week;
"there’s a problem loading this page. There’s a technical problem with the Shopify Help center that prevented this page from loading. Please go back to the help center homepage or try reloading this page. "
Fyi, I tried to make an shopify order with the email and I received the shopify order confirmation email, newsletter/contact form email notifications. I just don’t receive 10 digit verification code and any account related @Shopify_77 .com email.

- Clear your cache and cookies and reboot your browser.

- Are you able to try on a different device or using Wi-Fi or just data?
