I get DOMAIN Error for my new domain how can I fixed it?

Hello, if anyone has any information about Shopify Domains and DNS settings, I would like to ask for advice.

We bought a new domain from Shopify last night, but we saw these errors in the domain panel in the morning. I have no idea how to fix it, I didn’t understand much from Shopify’s own domain page either, I’m researching and trying to find out.

It says multiple domain errors

Error fetching domain A record

Error fetching domain CAA record

Error fetching domain DNSSEC record

Error ferching domain nameserver record

How can I fix them?

Hi @Uranyen ,

You need to contact your domain provider (company where you purchased your domain), and ensure that they set the correct DNS such as A Record (IP Address) and Nameservers for your domain.
