I get 'There's a problem loading this page' when attempting to edit my theme's Product Information.

When attempting to edit my theme’s Product Information section I receive the error message:

There’s a problem loading this page.There’s a technical problem with Shopify that has prevented this page from loading. Try reloading this page or going to another page in Shopify. If that doesn’t work, visit our status page for updates and try again later.

I can’t edit any of the sub-blocks in the Product Information section, but I can still hide and unhide them.

I already tried every possible remedy I found, but the error still occurs:

  • after clearing my browser cache
  • in incognito mode
  • on a another computer
  • on a backed-up version of my theme that used to work
  • the status info of my website does not show “All systems are operational”

My theme is Ella 6.7.1
What else can I do to fix this?
