I’d love to help you with your concern. Upon looking taking a closer look at the screenshot you shared, I noticed the billing address is being asked rather than the delivery or shipping address. Since this is the case, there’s a possibility your product has been set as a digital product rather than a physical one. Whenever a customer checks out with a digital product, they are not asked to enter their shipping address as digital products are emailed to them.

To check if your product has been set as a digital or physical product, you can follow the steps below.

  1. In your Shopify admin, click Products.

  2. Click the product in question.

  3. Scroll down to the Shipping section.

    • If your product has variants, scroll to the Variants section first and click any variant to edit them. You will then find the Shipping section.
  4. Make sure This is a physical product is checked. If it is unchecked, the system thinks it’s a digital product.

If you find that the product has been set as a physical product, the next thing you need to check is your shipping settings. Have you set up shipping rates according to our guide? If you haven’t, please follow the instructions on this page to ensure shipping rates are assigned to your product.
