I BOUGHT A DOMAIN NAME BUT IM BEING INFORMED THAT BECAUSE MY TRIAL ENDED I CANT USE MY DOMAIN TO HOST MY WIX SITE? IF ANYBODY CAN HELP THAT WOULD BE MOMENTUS?

Shopify purchased domains can only be used and managed for active Shopify stores. If you plan to use the domain with a third-party service, then you’ll need to transfer the domain away from Shopify. To begin the transfer process, you’ll need to contact Shopify Support. As long as you don’t have an outstanding invoice, then our teams will be able to extend your trial to allow you to start the transfer process.
It’s important to note that domains can only be transferred after 60 days from the date of purchase. This is a restriction placed by ICANN on all newly purchased domains for all domain providers which can not be bypassed.
You can contact Shopify Support by logging into your store through the help center, searching your question/issue, then selecting “continue” at the bottom of the page that displays the search results.
