When I try to log in to my store via desktop, it acts like I don’t have a store set up…yet, I can log into my store via mobile app, and it shows my store, inventory, etc…?? I have the Basic plan…is that why? I didn’t have an issue before.

I would also check from your end, to see which specific domain you are looking at when trying to view your store on your desktop browser versus which store you’re logging into on your mobile app (to ensure they’re matching).
Let me know as much as you can about how your store appears to you on your desktop (and which URL you see when viewing it) and the same for your mobile app experience (also confirming which store URL you’re working with in the app).

For the info you shared here, I can see the site you linked as being the one you see in your mobile app no problem.
For the store you’re working on with your desktop; could you show me the URL for this store (as opposed to the Shopify login screen) so I can check to see if they’re the same store?
You can view this by clicking on the view icon next to the Online store sales channel in your desktop admin.
Check this out for me and share the URL you see when viewing your store from your desktop login, so we can compare that and get you pointed in the right direction!
