I also got scammed by Luxen collection. I have purchased Luxen - shoppify (https://luxencollections.myshopify.com/products/serenity-bell?variant=50234607894804). Gave cash on delivery. Fake Item was delivered by bluedart (Tracking ID 77819522093). In order page it was mentioned Large: 15.7 in. Overall Length, 2.4 in. Diameter, Weight：Large-0.61 Ib，Small-0.15 Ib. I have received a fake product which is very very small and weightless. Also the box was filled with newspapers. I want to register a complaint against this company and i need a refund.
