I have closed my shopify account 3 months ago and I am still getting charged for a basic subscriptio

I have closed my shopify account due to hour cuts at work close to 3 months ago, and I realize I have been charged 3 times for $30 since then. I don’t know why and I shouldn’t have been charged because that was the whole reason I closed my account. I know I properly closed my account because when I went to log back into my shopify account it said that my store was closed which forced me to reopen my store to check the subscription. This is so frustrating because there is no option to take off a payment method only replace and closing my shopify store still charges me so I am at a loss of what to do. I would like you guys to look into my account and get a refund for the months I have been charged while my account was closed, thanks.

From the sounds of it, there is a good possibility that you have a second account that was accidentally created and is currently active and charging you each month.
