I have connected my domain but it still doesn't work

I have connected my domain, and it works on my browser and phone, however it doesn’t work anywere else. It says I need to connect my domain but I already have, I’ve shared screenshots.

Taking a look at your screenshots, everything looks to be connected correctly. However, there could be an issue with the connection beyond the scope of the admin. That being said, for test purposes, can you please try to delete the domain from your Domains list in Shopify and re-add it.

If this doesn’t work, you will need to reach out to our live advisors who can do an internal dig into the connection issue between the domain and your Shopify store.

Please visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request through live chat, or callback. Once you have logged in to your account, type your request in ‘Ask about a topic’, scroll down to ‘Get Support’, and then click ‘Continue.’ You will then be able to select your preferred option.
