I have done everything possible to reach out to Shopify and the only option available is to create a ticket and then wait for their Email response. I am not looking for any responses like “Please be patient” “We are working on this” or “We will resolve this soon” “Contact our Support” etc, I am looking for an immediate resolution of this issue right away

I’d like to check a couple of things out with you, to ensure you’re already in the right place to get an update on this.
What we won’t be able to do from here is to offer account support publicly via the Community, nor would we be able to guarantee an immediate resolution for you.
It sounds like you’ve already been in touch for account support via our Help Centre already, is that the case?
If so, could you confirm if you’ve been in touch with our support and whether or not your query needed to be forwarded to any of our escalated teams?
