I have not not gotten paid even after fulfilling the order.

I got my first sale a few weeks ago and I have fulfilled it, but I have still not gotten paid even after I paid for the order on dsers/AliExpress. It’s says the payment is “pending” and it doesn’t not have a payout date. Please inform me how to fix this issue as I have only lost money instead of getting any, since, I started this dropshiping business on shopify.

Are you using Shopify Payments as your payment gateway? If so, can you send a screenshot of the page showing that the payment is pending? Once I have this information, I can dig deeper into this for you.

Yes, I am using Shopify Payments and here are the screenshots.

Also i tried to upload the images as PNG but it said it had to be CSV or MP4 but I did not know how to convert it to CVS, so I just converted it to MP4.

Your payouts should not be pending for that long. I recommend contacting our Support Team, as they can access your account-specific information and see what’s happening with your payouts.
